Grace's Birthday Dinner & Present 2005~

the following are the pictures at grace's surprise birthday dinner~ I finally had time to post these up. She had multiple celebration this yr! 1st it was the surprise midnight bell that strike on the 24th of August with Guy, Karen, Ching Ee and myself with a choc cake and Sara Lee Vanilla ice cream from Coles. Best alternative we had. And we caught her without pants... hehehe... *evil grin* Classic surprise~

Next was this surprise dinner the following day @ Mo Mo off Collin Street.

Then Karen and I made Grace a hair piece (fascinator - that is wat it is called) for the races (Melbourne Cup). And we could not wait till her pot luck saturday on the 3rd September to give it to her, we went to her place straight. Below are also photos of her present and me trying to put the fascinator on her head. We tried it on Karen b4 we left... Oppz... wat a scene!

Last Night was pot luck at Grace's place... food was yummy! Karen cooked her famous curry kapitan!!!!! *drools* we had croutons with tuna and this sauce... oops.. forgot what its called... was addicted to it till we had to eat the mud cake Sam (Grace's Bro) bought for grace which was so so so delicious!

Aiyo girl, took you long enough to update your blog. I'd about given up checking it. Took you even longer to post up pics of your new place. Heh... When do we get to see more? :)

It's AIOLI :) A French Provencal sauce mainly with garlic, whole egg mayonnaise, lemon juice/vinegar and olive oil. There is also a Catalan version ALLIOLI which doesn't have egg in it. I prefer the french version. xox

Yeah, heheh. They serve it with fries at Hairy Canary's too.

And I want to have Max Brenner waffles soon. Who wants to join me?
